As an artist, it is always heartwarming to hear that someone appreciates your work. On occasion, I receive a customer testimonial. An unexpected email arrives in my email box, with a “thank you” from a customer. As I recently added a “customer testimonial” link in the “About” drop-down to my website, I thought I would take this opportunity to blog about it too.
